Terms of Service

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your workspace. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You own the content you create in Atelier — your projects, client data, documents, and the portals you publish. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content to operate the service for you.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Atelier for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access data that isn't yours.
• You're responsible for the content you share with your clients through portals.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Atelier reliable but provide it on an “as is” basis without warranties. We may update the service and these terms over time; material changes will be communicated to you.
