This policy explains what Atelier collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short and in plain language.

What we collect
- Account information — your name, email, and studio details you provide when you sign up.
- Workspace content — the projects, clients, proposals, invoices, files, and messages you create to run your studio.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the product is used, so we can improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and improve the service, to display your client portals, to send transactional messages (such as password resets and portal notifications), and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your workspace content for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run Atelier (hosting, database, email delivery, and any integrations you explicitly connect, such as Stripe or HubSpot). Each operates under its own terms and security commitments.
Your choices
You can update or delete your workspace content at any time, and you can request deletion of your account. Disconnecting an integration removes the data synced from it.
